Hi all,

I have a OM custom Adi and Pao rosewood. (n°5 of 6 made for IBMA 2007).

It is a superlative guitar in every criteria.

As I play only fingerstyle, I had a luthier who replicated the bone nut with a slightly lower action.
It is a dream to play on such a guitar.

I use Elixir nanoweb Phosphore bronze custom light (11-52)

For fingerstyle, It's a match made in heaven. Playability, action, tension, dynamic, harmonics, sound.

Every time I take it I am overwhelmed by its beauty, and sound!

I've just acquired my OM, Custom Country Boy. I'm logging some hours on it so strings are the first order of business.

I've ordered some Martin SP's to try. I'm going with lighter gauges for this guitar... that's what is on it and it sounds superb.

I'd appreciate any insight on optimizing the tone on this instrument, though I presently cannot imagine that can be improved.
